Dryer making a thumping and squealing noise when running

Had to supervene upon front pulsate back up rollers. Removed screws underneath peak in dorsum that held subclass that keeps peak in identify. Slid top towards rear and lifted up. Removed 4 screws that hold plastic front terminate panel in place (within..2 on each corner) Unplugged front panel electric plugs to remove panel. Opened door..removed 2 screws at lesser of door opening. Removed screws on elevation of front panel. Unplugged door switch plug. Removed front panel. Removed right front roller with 9/16th wrench for nut. Adjustable for dorsum of stud. Lifted upwardly on drum to get roller out. Reversed to install. Left roller a bit harder to get to stud. Removed and installed same every bit correct side. Did not endeavour to supercede rear rollers. Accept them if needed but very much more than involved to replace.

Dryer would run with no oestrus

I actually went to mr fix information technology on u tube. Great instruction on how to take dryer apart. First I unplugged the dryer. I found I could accomplish the heating organization by removing the lint tube in the back of the dryer. I put my I phone with the low-cal on within the back of the dryer and tested the connections to encounter if all were working. The thermal fuse was non working. I removed the 2 wires , claret-blood-red on top and white on the bottom. Then used a modest Phillips screwdriver to remove the ii mounting screws and removed the fuse. I and then used a vacuum to clear whatsoever lint from the back of the dryer and within the dryer. This took me about an hour and a half. I did information technology this style considering I did non want to disassemble the entire dryer to become to the components. I received the fuse in 3 days and tested information technology. It was fine. I then put it in the dryer screwed information technology in place, connected the wires. Replaced the lint tube. This took well-nearly ten minutes. Dryer is running bang-upwardly.

Screeching during performance

Found disassembly video and watched several times. Suspected that ane of the drum wheels had seized upwards. Establish farthermost volume of lint and hair inside unit besides as a dryer sheet melted on top of heating unit. Front left drum wheel was worn down from lint and pilus jamming its move. Video made it easy, not a really complicated piece of machinery. Replaced all 4 wheels due to normal wear on other 3. Wanted to exist certain pulsate evenly counterbalanced on all iv. Parts came quickly and were easy to install. My sister and I did this together. Would not recommend doing information technology alone. Took time to vac and wipe down unabridged unit. Now it runs so quiet we accept to expect to see if it is operating. Got a make new auto out of it, saved a couple of hundred dollars in repair bills, and found 11 cents inside the machine. For your own piece of heed, if you lot take had your dryer for several years, you demand to open information technology upwards and clean information technology out.
